First of all, there oneoffice project team of developers testers, and a business analyst who reports to the CEO (Sundeep Holani) is in very bad shape. They don't know where they all are. Sundeep Holani wants to have control over the different teams. He does not allow anyone to have freedom of working style. He creates unrealistic unlogical KPIs for everyone and wants everyone to work as per his style. The worst part about Sundeep Holani is that he is a toxic person and literally shouts and says nonprofessional things to people.
